This helps increase the chances for first time silicon success, which is critical for reducing time to market and overall costs at 90nm and below technologies. Working closely with our EDA partners to closely align product designs with manufacturing, our DFM solutions help customers realize enhanced yields, faster turnaround times, and reduced risk and uncertainty.
